Sue Heitkamp, RN, BSN Sue Heitkamp, RN, BSN has 30+ years of professional experience including clinical nursing, quality assurance, infection control and director of nursing. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Presentation College in Aberdeen SD. She currently is the Executive Director for CHI Health Connect at Home, serving agencies in ND, SD and MN. In her role as Executive Director, she is accountable for the overall business management of the agency, including its success in financial operations and development of operating and annual budgets. Other responsibilities include business growth, sales/marketing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
